Superior rancidity and odor control ensures long fluid life. Efficiently settles grit and small metal particles, which helps the system to stay clean. Nitrate-free, no foam build-up.

For general purpose grinding and machining jobs, Zep Lubeze Syn-Plus
combines the superior cooling properties of water with the lubricating
capabilities of oil. Prevents corrosion on freshly machined metals. Low
foam formula is safe for use on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
Contains a bacteriostat to prolong fluid life and reduce odors.
DIRECTIONS:
1. Start with a clean machine and reservoir by first removing old
metalworking fluid and cleaning with Zep Lubeze Sump Cleaner.
2. First add water to system. Then add Lubeze Syn-Plus according to
chart below.
3. Stir or circulate to ensure thorough mixing before actual use. Use the
Zep Model 206 Proportioner for quick and easy dilution. Use the Tan tip
for 1:40; Blue tip for 1:30; White tip for 1:20.
RECOMMENDED DILUTIONS
For light-duty drilling, milling and turning, use at 1:40 (2.5%)
For medium duty cutting and grinding, use at 1:30 (3.3%)
For heavy-duty grinding and other metalworking jobs, use at 1:20 (5.0%)
